Abstract

Penilaian kinerja karyawan merupakan komponen penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, termasuk pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) yang memiliki karakteristik organisasi sederhana dan sumber daya terbatas. Namun, praktik penilaian kinerja pada BUMDes umumnya masih bersifat subjektif, tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik, serta belum terintegrasi dengan sistem digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara interdisipliner literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia dan informatika guna merumuskan landasan pengembangan sistem digital penilaian kinerja karyawan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik BUMDes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur sistematis terhadap artikel jurnal ilmiah nasional dan internasional bereputasi yang membahas model penilaian kinerja, indikator kinerja, serta sistem penilaian kinerja berbasis digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa indikator kinerja yang relevan untuk BUMDes meliputi kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, disiplin dan kehadiran, pelayanan kepada masyarakat, serta kerja sama dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, sistem penilaian berbasis digital yang efektif harus bersifat sederhana, konsisten, transparan, dan berorientasi pada umpan balik pengembangan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kerangka konseptual penilaian kinerja terintegrasi sebagai landasan pengembangan sistem digital penilaian kinerja karyawan pada BUMDes.
